PRODUCER: Eight Elements. The distillery takes its name from the eight elements that are responsible for the production of a rum: Terroir, sugar, water, fermentation, distillation, tropical aging, mixing and filtering. None of the elements is more important than the other. Producing a perfect rum is possible only if all eight elements are combined with skill and precision to revive its characteristics and unique flavors and enhance the exceptional smoothness.

COUNTRY: Saint Lucia

PRODUCTION: Melassenrum occurred in the Windward Islands in the Caribbean. This is the world's first super-premium aged white rum. Dilution with water filtered naturally rainforest. Maturing up to four years in bourbon casks selected Kentucky. Through the warm tropical climate and high humidity, the flavor is influenced decisively and accelerated ripening process. The distillation is carried out in four different stills. Subsequently, the fine filter to remove impurities and any color.
