PRODUCER: The Don Papa Company (BHRC) the agent Don Papa rum, one of the best rum volume is small - from the island of Negros in the Philippines to emerge. The company was founded in 2012 by Stephen Carroll, a real adventurer heard stories about the area with the best sugar cane during a trip to Bacolod. This fascination would not let him go, he founded the BHRC from now directly in the capital of cane sugar rum production. Until then, rum distilled in the country exclusively in other regions.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: first produced in 2012, the Don Papa is mainly produced from sugar cane Philippine Island "Black". Thanks to the local volcanic soil and the climate is very hot and humid adult on Mount Kanlaon sugar cane contains unique and powerful flavors. The "black gold" is crushed for sugar mills, then distilled in small batches. The following fermented molasses is stored for finishing seven years in American oak barrels.
