By a slow and laborious process, the Botran family has designed its unique style through the years, creating complex aged rums with a long finish and subtle notes. The aging of rums, is by adapting the Solera system, where the younger rums are carefully blended with the most aged rums in a variety of barrels (American whiskey and sherry casks) for rums acquire the characteristics color, flavor and aroma thereof. - ALCOHOL: 40º - PAIRING: To sample alone, ice, or in the preparation of cocktails.”
