PRODUCER: Appleton Estate. Located in the heart of Jamaica, Nassau Valley Appleton Estate Rum Distillery develops aromatic and complex of more than 265 years. With its unique terroir, consisting of a variety of soils and temperatures, the distillery offers unsurpassed quality rums. Thus each stage of production is closely followed the selection of varieties of sugar cane grown through distillation methods, and the mixing phase.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: Appleton Signature is a traditional rum from molasses, originally from Jamaica. It is made from a blend of rums aged fifteen, distilled in column stills and then aged in American oak barrels Jack Daniels bourbon for 5 to 10 years. Once this is done, the new mixture was placed in new oak barrels for aging for several months until the final bottling.
