Ossian Quintaluna Verdejo 2018 (Malvasía, Verdejo and Viura)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Bright straw.
- Nose: aromas of ripe fruit, fragrant herbs, fine lees.
- Mouth: balanced, fresh, round, tasty with good acidity.
APPELLATION: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León.
GRAPES: Verdejo 100%.
WINE PAIRING: smoked fish rice, salad with flowers and canapés.

Ossian Vides y Vinos
The project is a truly exceptional vineyards: 30 hectares. extremely old vineyard, between 100 and 200 years old. It is 100% Verdejo is pre-phylloxera because the soil is sandy and phylloxera could not go for it. For both rootstock (ungrafted). The clusters are very small with tiny berries and high quality.
