Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc 2019 (Sauvignon Blanc)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: A view is pale yellow with greenish.
  • Nose: The nose hints of fresh grass and plenty of fresh fruit (citrus, pineapple or melon) is seen on a mineral background that gives personality.
  • Mouth: In the mouth has great aromatic freshness and mouthfeel. Final clean and persistent.

APPELLATION: O.D. Wheel.

VINEYARD: Heirs of the Marqués de Riscal.

GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

PREPARATION: After cold maceration, extraction and clarification of the wort is carried out a slow temperature-controlled fermentation. Once a completed, the wine obtained remained in contact with its fine lees, in order to increase its mouthfeel and improve aging potential. Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is a wine from the O.D. Rueda fantastic as aperitif and to accompany all kinds of seafood and pasta dishes.

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: bright pale yellow, green hues
  • Nose: aromas of fresh fruits like pineapple and melon, with subtle mineral notes and herbal memories.
  • Mouth: very fresh and aromatic, a long end and slightly acidic with fruit and sensations recently cut grass.

APPELLATION: Rueda.

VINEYARD: poor and stony soils of clayey limestone.

GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: After the fermentation, stay in contact with its fine lees, with the intention to increase the feeling of mouthfeel and improve aging potential.

PREPARATION: after a period of cold maceration and after extraction and wort clarification, slow fermentation carried out at a controlled temperature of between 13ºC and 15ºC, to protect the primary flavors peculiar of this variety.

WINE PAIRING: appetizers, light pasta, cheese, all kinds of rice.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
