“Rosso di Montalcino Ginestreto of Fuligni born in vineyards located in the heart of Montalcino. It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Then the wine is aged in oak barrels for six months before being bottled. The Ginestreto is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of ripe fruit, enriched by aromas of dried flowers and pleasant spicy notes. The palate is fresh, soft and pleasantly balanced. The wine has a long finish. Perfect to accompany pasta dishes and risottos with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with roasts.”
