TASTING NOTES:
- View: ruby red.
- Nose: aroma of fresh red berries, light floral and spicy notes.
- Mouth: warm, quite soft, structured and balanced with tannins pleasantly pronounced.
APPELLATION: Rosso di Montalcino.
GRAPES: Sangiovese 100%.
AGEING: aged in Slavonic oak 20-85 hl for about twelve months.
PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel and cement tanks vitriticado controlled temperature.
WINE PAIRING: rabbit terrine.

Bright red and purple reflections. Noticeable aromas of cherry and licorice. Licorice flavour.
We had it with a deer stew.
Thin cherry red colour. Good aromas of ripe fruit. Astringent, rough taste.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.
