- Mouth: warm and dry, with a freshness and harmony, well balanced with a lingering aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Rosso di Montalcino.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located in the territory of Montalcino.
AGEING: aged for less than a year in wooden barrels.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested and pressed manually removing the stems. Fermentation tanks made of wood with a controlled maceration for 15 days with daily pumping temperature. Naturally cold stabilized wine.
PAIRING: medium structure dishes, such as pasta with meat sauce, chicken, mushrooms or truffles, risotto composite, pork or beef.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
