- Nose: The bouquet is complex, full, intense and persistent. Rich aromas of ripe fruit such as plums, cherries and jams.
- Mouth: Dry, full-bodied, soft and warm with prominent but elegant and pleasant tannins.
APPELLATION: Rosso Conero, Italy.
GRAPES: 100% Montepulciano.
AGEING: The wine was aged one year in barrel and six months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested when fully mature and follows the stripping and pressing the grapes to the fermentation which lasts for 8 to 10 days in the shells. It racking and malolactic fermentation follows.
WINE PAIRING: Combines perfectly with grilled meats, aged cheeses and game.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 15-17 °C
