- View: intense ruby red, garnet shadows.
- Nose: intense and absolutely charming aromas of cherry, blackberry and blueberry, a complete set of spices, pepper, cocoa and clove nose. No shortage of flowers and herbs. Intense, high quality, very classy.
- Mouth: full body and great presence, vibrant but not spicy tannins, acidity and minerality outstanding, smooth, powerful, elegant aromas of vanilla, nutmeg, withered flowers.
APPELLATION: Rosso Conero.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located next to the company, in the municipality of Ancona, in the district of Varano, near Algeli di Varano. Vineyard "Hare" with a north-south exposure Vineyard "boar" exhibit west to east, and the vineyard "Italy" oriented from northwest to southeast. Clayey soil with medium texture and layers of limestone.
AGEING: aged for a minimum of 18 months in French oak tonneaux with a capacity of 500 liters.
PREPARATION: harvesting done exclusively by hand, partial fermentation in stainless steel vessels with temperature control and the rest in wooden barrels.
PAIRING: Pasta with tomato sauce, veal and poultry.
