The 74 acres (30 hectares) of vineyards that produce Marcel Martin are located in the Anjou and Touraine regions of the Loire. The vineyards are planted with approximately 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines is 20 years old.

APPELLATION: Rosé d'Anjou.
VINEYARD: soil rich in limestone and silica.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested at full maturity. Vinification by the traditional method for producing rose wines includes partial maceration and partial implementation of the "Saignée" method ( "bleeding"). The fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.
