Marcel Martin la Jaglerie Rose d'Anjou 2019 (Cabernet Franc)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: light and bright pink.
- Nose: pronounced aromas of red fruit.
- Mouth: floral flavor, attractive and well balanced palate, with large and ripe fruit.
APPELLATION: Rosé d'Anjou.
VINEYARD: Vineyards soil rich in limestone and silica.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested at full maturity. Vinification by the traditional method for producing rose wines includes partial maceration and partial implementation of the "Saignée" method ( "bleeding"). The fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Then the juice is stabilized at a lower temperature in an inert gas atmosphere and a brief excerpt in steel tanks.
