La Jaglerie Rose d'Anjou Marcel Martin 2018 (Cabernet Franc)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Salmon, with some orange highlights, very clean and delicate.
  • Nose: Aromas of candied fruit, with some herbal touches. It is sweet, yet slightly tropical.
  • Mouth: It has a refreshing and easy way to drink. The taste is quite fruity, very nice, little invasive. extensive end.

APPELLATION: Rose d'Anjou.

VINEYARD: Marcel Martin.

GRAPES: Cabernet Franc.

AGEING: In stainless steel tanks.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, the best are selected and carried despalillar. Macerated cold, at very low temperatures, then proceeding to ferment results in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation should occur at controlled temperatures, with a duration of just a few weeks. Finally, it clarified, filtered and bottled.

PAIRING: salad, cheese, creamy rice, pasta, fish, tomato-based dishes.
