Monchiero Carbone Roero Arneis Recit 2019 (Arneis)

TASTING NOTES:

View: Straw yellow color very bright.
Nose: On the nose can be perceived floral hints of green apple and banana, which bind harmonically with vegetal notes of lime and sage, with a background of almonds.
Mouth: The mouth is known for being very round, soft and tasty, with a balance very well done.

APPELLATION: Roero (Piedmont, Italy).

VINEYARD: Monchiero Carbone.

GRAPES: Arneis.

PREPARATION: The vineyard where the grapes are obtained is mostly sand and lime. The cluster is very compact and berries are very small, so performance was extremely low.

WINE PAIRING: A perfect wine to drink as an aperitif. It works very well with pasta and fish, as well as with a dessert like creme brulee.
