- View: It's a nice rosé soft pink, pale pink that has flashes when exposed to light.
- Nose: It has a very sweet and nice ripe raspberries and strawberries aroma. Granada, pineapple and peach are also perceived.
- Mouth: It is sweet and refreshing, well balanced and delicious. Predominant flavor of ripe strawberries.
APPELLATION: Colchagua Valley, Chile.
AGEING: This delicate drink is aged in stainless steel barrels for 6 months.
PREPARATION: It is a wine that needs to go through a process of bleeding after obtaining the juice to get the distinctive color of the rosé. Fermentation is very short, consists of 3 months in barrels made of steel.
