Graham Beck Wines Brut Rose Vintage 2014

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: pink salmon.
  • Nose: scents of ripe blueberries and a subtle spicy character.
  • Mouth: flavors of ripe strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by sweet notes of sherbet. A long end.

APPELLATION: Robertson.

GRAPES: Pinot Noir 96% and 4% Chardonnay.

AGEING: 5 years on the lees before disgorging.

PREPARATION: grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are pressed in the same press. Fractional recovery of all clusters that only the best juice goes to fermentation. Wine slightly clarified and bottled for secondary fermentation.

Smells of yeast and bakery. Not the sweetest wine, but kind of.
