Lovely smell of bakery and yeast. Good flavour and long aftertaste.
This Robertson is worth repeating.

Expressive and elegant, so impressed the fine Cap Classique Brut Zero with freshness and exclusivity. Aged for a mere 6 years before it is ready for bottling. Before that, he is fermented by the traditional Cap Classique procedures. Brut Zero shows expressive notes of soft brioche and a crisp, green apple. The first benefit is wonderfully creamy on the palate and leads into an elegant and silky finish.

I shared a bottle with my boss in more than one occasion.
Lovely colour. Light aromas of yeast and bakery. Fine perlage, just serve it cool.
This Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut Zero is better solo than with food.

I bought Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut Zero on the website of the winery.
Typical opacity of a Graham Beck Wines. Aromas of yeast fermentation. Black plum compote flavours.

Strong aromas of yeast. It reminded me of licorice.
Summarizing, good sparkling but a bit acidic for my taste.
