Santa Margherita Riviera del Garda Classico Chiaretto Stilrose 2018
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Color Pink clear and bright.
- Nose: Aroma of fresh fruit, with notes of orange, wild strawberries, lychee, ginger and very fresh.
- Mouth: Tasty, fresh, crisp, with notes of fruits of the forest and sweet spices. With a slightly bitter end.
APPELLATION: Lombardy (Italy).
VINEYARD: Santa Margherita.
GRAPES: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino.
AGEING: Madura in wooden barrels for several months before being bottled and marketed.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and are carefully selected. They are then fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with tickets, snacks, Italian dishes, meats, fish, salmon, shrimp, oriental dishes and sausages.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
