It has a strong caramel smell. It leaves a slightly sweet after-taste.

The border colour was almost brown. Mainly strawberry smell.It was light.
A wine of Cazes will improve any meal.

I celebrated a special occasion with Maison Cazes Rivesaltes and my couple.
Red colour and violet edges. Scents of raspberry. The taste of Maison Cazes Rivesaltes doesn't go away quick.
I think the best pairing would be with meat.

I tasted it with wine enthusiasts.
I did not like the colour with these brown edges. However the taste was quite good. Tobacco aromas. In the mouth it it tastes like licorice.
It pairs good with a strong flavoured fish.
