TASTING NOTES OF Dinastia Vivanco Reserva 2011:
- View: The Dynasty Vivanco Reserva 2011 has a pillory medium-high, clean and bright red intensity with a tile edging denoting its barrel aging.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, gourmand and milk, balsamic and toffee notes.
- Mouth: The palate is fresh, round, with a good balance between fruit and acidity content and a soft tannin that gives way to an elegant and silky finish.

GRAPES: Tempranillo and Graciano 10%.
VINEYARDS: Own in the terroirs of Briones and Haro, Rioja Alta,
with an average age of 35 years.
ALCOHOL: 13,5% vol.

CONSUME: The optimal intake is 10 to 15 years.
TEMPERATURE: Serve at a temperature of 18º C.
CONSUMER ADVICE: It decanting before service.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect for pairing with red meats, game, mushrooms and cheeses and strong.

HARVEST: is harvested to create Dynasty Vivanco Reserva 2011 hand in small boxes of 10 kg capacity to prevent breakage of grains and ensure the integrity of the fruit during transport to the winery.
All the grapes harvested after a tasting grape each plots ensuring full phenolic maturity, a mature tannin and a good balance between acidity and sugar content. As a result of this analysis, 10 October vintage Tempranillo started and 20
Graziano begin harvesting.

PREPARATION: The grapes were homogenized in cold storage for 30 hours to lower its temperature container feed and ensure good cold maceration to improve the extraction of aromas and color. After passing a double control selection table, where it examines and evaluates the quality of grapes through verification clusters and grains. After gentle crushing the must is encuba gravity in French oak vats where it ferments and macerated in contact with the skin at a controlled temperature of 30 °C, light receiving pumping for about 20 days. The objective of this development is to respect fully the natural conditions of grapes and wine in search of elegant wines that express the personality of the fruit and terroir where applicable. tino malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

AGEING:
The Dynasty Vivanco Reserva 2011 aged in 50% new French oak barrels and one wine, where it remains 24 months. The wine is refined for 4 months in French oak vats before bottling. The wine will complete its aging process with a stay another 24 months in bottle, where it will reach the right balance for consumption.

Dynasty Vivanco Reserva remains 24 months in new and second year French and American oak barrels. The wine is refined for several months in French oak tino before moving to bottle where it will remain for another 24 months.
