TASTING NOTES OF Viña Tondonia Reserva 375ml 2006:
- View: Viña Tondonia Reserva 2006 is a red wine evolved ruby amber.
- Nose: It has a very fine, complex and developed nose. Round, third generation bouquet of aromas.
- Mouth: The taste is soft, persistent and consistent.
PREPARATION: 2 rackings are performed per year. Fined with fresh egg whites. It is bottled unfiltered.
AGEING: 6 years in oak barrels.
PRODUCTION: 250,000 bottles.
GRAPES: Tempranillo (75%), Grenache (15%), Mazuelo (5%) and Graciano (5%)
ALCOHOL: 12. 5% Vol.
SHELF: 10 years and over, if kept in the temperature conditions (14 °C) and humidity (75-80%) and suitable constant.

Intense ruby colour. You can notice that the Viña Tondonia Reserva 375ml smells of red fruits. The flavours of Viña Tondonia Reserva 375ml were quite well compensated.
You have to aerate it before.
Cherry blossom colour, nearly opaque. It disclosed a very nice smell of white roses. A nice woody flavour.
Intensiv röd, högt lager. Starka dofter av ek och cederträ. Smaken är ganska tät.
