Viña Ardanza Reserva Selección Especial 375ml 2010 (Tempranillo and Garnacha)


  • View: Ruby red color with purple hues.
  • Nose: intense, sweet and fresh notes of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red berries.
  • Mouth: fine taste, complex and good acidity, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. It has sour cherries and smoky notes, licorice and oak.

DOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Rioja (La Rioja, Spain).

VINEYARD: La Rioja Alta.

GRAPES: Grenache and Tempranillo.

AGEING: Madura for 16 months in American oak barrels and French.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, crushed traditionally, macerated cold, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 8 days, leaving the skins in maceration for 15 days.
