- Nose: Varietal aromas characteristic of Tempranillo that remind us of red and black fruits (strawberry, blackberry and wild berries) very well combined with notes of black licorice
- Mouth: Round, wide and silky mouth with a deep and long fruity aftertaste.

PREPARATION: Grape from dry-farmed vineyards, harvested in the first half of October, once it has reached optimum ripeness. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26ºC with a previous maceration at 12ºC for three days in order to extract all the aromatic potential of the grapes.
