Solagüen Crianza 2007 (Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Tone pillory in the core layer covered with trim alive.
- Nose: Red fruits, cocoa, licorice, something spicy and liqueur.
- Mouth: Full, rich, powerful. Candied red fruit, macerated cherries and feel slightly greasy to increase with some bottle.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo
DEVELOPMENT: The grapes were de-stemmed to its entry into warehouse. Eleven days of fermentation within fourteen total maceration.
AGEING: American oak barrels for 3 years and French oak 2 years
TEMPERATURE: 18 º.
ALCOHOL: 14 º
