Sierra Cantabria Cuvee 2013 (Tempranillo)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: cherry red well covered, blue and ruby ​​rim. medium-high, clean and bright.
  • Nose: Olfactory set, red plums, ripe red fruits, spices, light notes of vanilla and toasted a rich background.
  • Palate: tasty, well structured, with good balance, ripe tannins of high quality, stylish, very good concentration of fruit, broad and persistent, notes of coffee, cocoa and red fruits. Final broad, delicate notes of spice and oak, long and intense.

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Rioja.

GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.

PREPARATION: prepared by the traditional method of carbonic maceration.

MATCHING WINE: thrills, red meats, roasts, stews and all types of game, cured cheeses and foie blue.

Vi prövade det under en provsmakning av röd.
Trevlig färg. Denna Sierra Cantabria luktar viol. Denna Sierra Cantabria Cuvée Especial verkade trots allt ganska färsk.
Det går bra med stark fisk.

Bom vermelho e na orla, cor-de-telha. Aroma de rosas e flores brancas. O sabor desapareceu rapidamente.
