Description of Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2011
Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2011 (Graciano and Tempranillo)
- View: Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2011 has attractive cherry red color of medium-high intensity ruby atejado notes and trim; thin tear.
- Nose: Remarkably aromatic intensity. Good definition with the presence of lactic notes, ripe red fruits and spicy notes of parenting and sweetish creamy vanilla, roasted coffee and cocoa, giving the whole a good balance.
- Taste: tasty, nice, with a large step, bound and balanced with a sense of lightness attack; return returns the aromatic nuances of ripe fruit and a delicate roasted creamy vanilla; tannic appreciates the tasty and ripe, well assembled with the binomial acidity and alcohol. Final medium persistence with memories of upbringing and a slight bitter edge.

The quality of the great wines is not a result of sheer luck. It requires personal effort, knowledge and passion as well of the earth and the complicity of the weather. Nothing is predominant, everything is important in order to create internationally famous wines. This is the result of hard work of a family with a philosophy that have been passed from generation to generation: to give back to the earth everything that it has given to us through the meticulous elaboration of our wines.More about the Winery
