TASTING NOTES OF Sierra Cantabria Collection Privada 2014:
- having: bright cherry.
- Nariz: Fine, intense, spicy, coffee and mount notes under.
- mouth: structured, tasty and consistent body.
APPELLATION: San Vicente de la Sierra Son, Rioja, Spain.
VINEYARD: Sierra Cantabria.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
AGEING: 18 months in new barrels of 225 liters.
PREPARATION: Traditional elaboration with two vinification: destemming (50%) and whole bunches (50%). 15 days of maceration with the skins. Fermentation with selected yeasts own vineyards and a controlled temperature of 23C. malolactic fermentation in barrel.
PAIRING: poultry, meats and cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C -18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
