TASTING NOTES OF San Vicente 2014:
- View: Deep cherry with violet touches.
- Nose: fruity, strawberry stands and other tropical fruits.
- Mouth: Fresh and pleasant, with fruity flavors which highlights the raspberry.
VINEYARD: Sierra Cantabria.
GRAPES: Tempranillo hairy.
AGEING: 20 months in new Bordeaux barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: Fermentation 10 days with two daily pumping. traditional production, fully despalillado. Control of temperature between 28 and 30º C.
PAIRING: Red meats, roasts, poultry, cured cheese.
TEMPERATURE: 18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
