Roda Reserva Magnum 2013 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Graciano and Tempranillo)
- View: bright red, light red trim.
- Nose: very expressive, lively red fruit, fresh cherry, light spice and some notes of wet earth.
- Mouth: medium, light volume, but very fresh, very fine tannins, very delicate and very long.
VINEYARD: vines planted mostly in Haro and surrounding towns.
GRAPES: 97% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano.
AGEING: Aged in French oak barrels. 40% and 60% new second use. 14 months in barrel and 30 months in bottle before going to market.
PREPARATION: alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels (with temperature control), followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak.
PAIRING: fish, a roast or a stew complex.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
How to serve
