TASTING NOTES OF Roda Reserva Magnum 2012:
- View: upper middle layer, dark cherry red and bright red trim.
- Nose: impeccably assembled wood, a fringe of fine and fresh spices, memories of ripe cherries in his ripeness point. In the background, light mineral notes, wine with depth.
- Mouth: large, friendly, very well worked and melted tannins, fruity sensation of ripe cherry with the taste of the flesh next to the bone and a fresh minerality wine.
GRAPES: 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano.
AGEING: 14 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second use, followed by 30 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats.
