Remírez de Ganuza Gran Reserva 2010 (Graciano and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: deep purple.
- Nose: Nose Opulent and pure black cherry liqueur, mentholated touches.
- Mouth: With great structure and dense, filled with memories of black cherries, wild strawberries, white pepper and black chocolate, silky on its journey through the palate and aftertaste of spicy blood oranges.
APPELLATION: Rioja, Spain.
VINEYARD: Bodegas Remirez de Ganuza.
GRAPES: Tempranillo, mixture of white grapes.
AGEING: Aged for about 38 months in barrels 100% new French oak.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest. controlled temperature before fermentation in cold specially designed for a period of 24 hours (from 4 to 6 ° C). Selection table. Despalillado shoulders cluster. Fermented in French oak vats. Malolactic in new French oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Appetizer. Ideal T-bone steak with grilled lamb roast lamb and suckling pig.
