Remírez de Ganuza Blanco Reserva 2012 (Garnacha blanca, Malvasía and Viura)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Shown in glass of bright and intense yellow color.
- Nose: The aroma of yellow plums, pollen, yeast, beeswax and honey with a touch of citrus.
- Mouth: good acidity framed perceived by a hot mineral finish.
APPELLATION: Rioja, Spain.
VINEYARD: Bodegas Remirez de Ganuza.
GRAPES: Viura, Malvasia, Garnacha Blanca.
AGEING: Fermented in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, which makes breeding for 12 months on its lees, removing them by the rotating tumbling barrels.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest in boxes of 12 kilograms. Subsequently, the grape is introduced into a cooling chamber, is then selected and prepared tables with flower must (grape unpressed) extracted by a rotor tank.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal to pair with white birds and fish to the oven.
