TASTING NOTES:
- View: pale pink salmon.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of white flowers and bitter orange peel and citrus.
- Mouth: fresh and very pleasing to the palate, with a balance of sweet and citrus flavor.

APPELLATION: Rioja.
VINEYARD: Ramon Bilbao.
GRAPES: Grenache, Viura.

AGEING: It is recommended to consume this wine at the moment and pretty young.
PREPARATION: The mixture of grapes macerate for 10 hours at cold temperatures, then a bleeding process is performed without mechanical press. Then the juice is taken to a stainless steel tank and fermented at a temperature of 14 °C, to maintain all its flavors and aromas. Finally allowed to stand and bottled unfiltered.

PAIRING: Carpaccio of beef, seafood, asparagus salad with llimón, white pasta sauces, Asian dishes, fresh cheeses, fruit desserts.
