Ramón Bilbao Reserva 2005 (Cariñena, Graciano and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright cherry red colour with a good layer.
- Nose: The nose offers intense aromas of ripe black fruit accompanied by balsamic touches and with a memory spicy coconut and licorice.
- Palate: The palate is fresh and friendly with an appreciable texture in the step where smoky nuances reappear assembled with ripe fruit. Long and housing.

GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo Rioja.
HARVEST: Careful selection of grapes from vineyards in and around Haro (Armentarius payments, Los Hoyos, La Cañada, Payment, Arenales) collected during the last week of October.
METHOD: After fermentation at controlled temperature this wine spent 14 months in American oak barrels. It was followed by a further period of 8 months in bottle tapering underground.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serving temperature between 16 º C and 18 ° C.
PAIRING: Join sausage dishes, soft cheeses and a variety of meats and even blue fish.
