Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 2006 (Graciano, Tempranillo and Garnacha negra)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 2006 has a red cherry hue with red tile edges.
  • Nose: The nose is extremely complex with notes of garrigue herbs and exotic spices. Also appear flavourings minerals and stewed fruit, assembled with toasty wood.
  • Mouth: The palate shows elegant tannins of great vitality, with complex and harmonious result. Claras snuff and cocoa notes on a background of fruit and minerals. Very persistent.

TEMPERATURE: between 17 º C and 18 º C.

PAIRING: Goes well with roast lamb dishes, red meat and elaborate sauces

PROCESSING: After selecting grapes from winery improvements, wine fermented at controlled temperature and remained for 30 months in American oak barrels. After bottling was another 36 months in our underground bottle in stillness and darkness.
