Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 1992 (Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo)
TASTING NOTES OF Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 1992:
- View: Ruby red color with notes of red tiles on the edge.
- Nose: Aromas of prune fire and spread to the palate where the hints of fruit compote take over.
- Mouth: The palate is agile and let memories of licorice and raisins to sweeten your spicy step and shows its harmony with the wood.
GRAPES: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and Mazuelo.
HARVEST: Exquisite selection of the best parcels of old vines in Haro and its surroundings (The Arogues, La Llana, San Prudencio, etc.) Collected manually during the second week of October.
DEVELOPMENT: Following the selection of grapes, the wine fermented at controlled temperature and spent 30 months in American oak barrels. After bottling was another 36 months in our underground bottle in stillness and darkness.
TEMPERATURE: Serving temperature between 17 and 18 °C.
PAIRING: Goes well with dishes of roast lamb, red meat and processed and spicy sauces.
