TASTING NOTES OF Ramón Bilbao Crianza Magnum 2015:
- View: ruby red, certain nuances of youth in the form of violet notes.
- Nose: Fresh black fruit such as blackberry and cassis, licorice, blackberry yogurt notes, woody notes, pleasant memories of vanilla, cinnamon and herbs coppice.
- Mouth: friendly, good step, half body. Without excessive tannin and medium acidity. fruity aftertaste.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
AGEING: 14 months in new American oak barrels.
PREPARATION: Fermentation separately from each payment and final assembly of the wine before raising and each decanting, fermentation temperatures controlled up to 28-29ºC and rapid descubes.
PAIRING: sausage dishes, soft cheeses, variety of meats and even blue fish.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
