Ramón Bilbao Crianza Magnum 2009 (Tempranillo)
The colour is cherry with hints of ruby and intense background with bright red meniscus, almost scarlet. The nose shows hardwoods, demonstrating the coconut and vanilla, subtle and fragrant on a background of ripe fruit, reminiscent of Christmas compote. Background also appears liqueur. The palate is fresh and harmonious but with character. Good assembly of fruit and new wood.
Pairing: Serving temperature between 16 º C and 18 º C.

It looks like a red fruit compote. Despite all this Ramón Bilbao Crianza Magnum seemed fairly fresh.
