The smell was strong and I liked it. Ramón Bilbao with a rough taste.

It looks like a red fruit compote. Despite all this Ramón Bilbao Crianza Magnum seemed fairly fresh.

The colour is cherry with hints of ruby ​​and intense background with bright red meniscus, almost scarlet. The nose shows hardwoods, demonstrating the coconut and vanilla, subtle and fragrant on a background of ripe fruit, reminiscent of Christmas compote. Background also appears liqueur. The palate is fresh and harmonious but with character. Good assembly of fruit and new wood.
Pairing: Serving temperature between 16 º C and 18 º C.
