Ramón Bilbao Crianza Double Magnum 2016 (Tempranillo)
- View: Ruby red color.
- Nose: The nose is clean with aromas of red fruit and black fruit, licorice and sweet notes of vanilla.
- Mouth: contains a medium intensity, with good acidity and well integrated tannin.
APPELLATION: Rioja (La Rioja, Spain).
VINEYARD: Ramon Bilbao.
GRAPES: Tempranillo (100%).
AGEING: 100% Tempranillo, 12 months in barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested at their ripest through monitoring that takes place throughout the cycle. Grape is destemmed and each plot is fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 28-29ºC. rapid descubado is performed, once the desired color extraction is achieved.
WINE PAIRING: Accompanies dishes of cold meats, soft cheeses and a variety of meats and even blue fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-17 ° C
