TASTING NOTES OF Ramón Bilbao Crianza 2006:
- View: cherry red wine and high layer.
- Nose: The nose shows aromas of ripe black fruit wrapped balsamic notes and evocations of spices, coconut and licorice.
- Mouth: The palate is powerful, fresh and great balance with the olfactory sensations. Long and pleasant persistence finish.
VINEYARD: Ramón Bilbao
PREPARATION: After temperature controlled fermentation, the wine remained for 14 months in American oak barrels. It was followed by a further period of eight months in our underground bottle.
STAY IN BARRELS: Ages 14 months in American oak barrels and 8 months in bottle.
GRAPES: Tempranillo (100%)
CONSUME: Serve at 16 °C. Accompanying dishes of cold meats, soft cheeses and a variety of meat, and even blue fish.
