Pujanza Norte 2006 (Tempranillo)
Garnet cherry colour with violet edges. The nose shows aromas of ripe fruit, with many shades of scented wood, chocolate, dairy, licorice and mineral notes. The palate is complex and full bodied. Correct acidity and tannin. Very tasty wine.
METHOD: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels or in stainless steel tanks. Normally, the start of barrel aging process begins in two phases. The duration of this period of aging varies considerably by depending on the characteristics of the wines of each vintage and each vineyard plot. After the phase of barrel aging is perfectly assembled before bottling.

AGEING: Aged for 12 months in new barrels.
