Navajas Rosado Crianza
- View: salmon pink suit.
- Nose: delicate aromas of stewed fruit, ripe, floral notes, spices and vanilla.
- Mouth: Step by fluid, fresh, firm, broad, with long and warm aftertaste and quite structured mouth, all perfectly balanced.
GRAPES: Tempranillo and Viura.
AGEING: appropriate choice of wine, between 6 and 8 months in new American oak barrels, gently clarified softly, establizado cold and bottled.
PREPARATION: grape vatting in stainless steel sangrándose run juice after 24-48 hours of cold maceration, racking, then static to ferment at a controlled temperature between 17 and 19 °C.
WINE PAIRING: appetizer, pasta, rice or light meat.
