  • View: salmon pink suit.
  • Nose: delicate aromas of stewed fruit, ripe, floral notes, spices and vanilla.
  • Mouth: Step by fluid, fresh, firm, broad, with long and warm aftertaste and quite structured mouth, all perfectly balanced.


GRAPES: Tempranillo and Viura.

AGEING: appropriate choice of wine, between 6 and 8 months in new American oak barrels, gently clarified softly, establizado cold and bottled.

PREPARATION: grape vatting in stainless steel sangrándose run juice after 24-48 hours of cold maceration, racking, then static to ferment at a controlled temperature between 17 and 19 °C.

WINE PAIRING: appetizer, pasta, rice or light meat.

Notes:            The Navajas Rosado Crianza is a lovely pale salmon pink colour, with aromas of ripe and stewed fruit aromas with hints of floral notes and vanilla from the oak ageing. perfectly balanced with a firm, freshc and broad palate, leading to a long and warm aftertaste with great structure. 

Serve:           At 14c as an aperitif, or with pasta, rice or light meat dishes.
