Navajas Reserva 2013 (Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
- View: ruby red.
- Nose: Fine bouquet with ripe fruit appreciating in line with the spicy aromas and balsamic.
- Mouth: Meaty and ample, with a final very elegant and expressive mouth and a long aftertaste and serene.
GRAPES: Tempranillo & Graciano.
AGEING: It stays in French and American oak for a minimum of 20 months.
PREPARATION: Follow the traditional process with destemmed grapes. Fermentations are natural temperature controlled.
WINE PAIRING: Particularly suitable to enjoy with cold cuts, cheese, red meat and game dishes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18º C.
