- Mouth: flavours from the oak barrel, spicey, herbal, good ripeness, well-balanced, harmonious and round
VINEYARD: Bodegas Navajas, Spain
GRAPES: 100% Graciano
AGING: After the fermentation for 12-14 months in French and American oak barrels followed by minimum 10 months in bottle
PREPARATION: On de-stemming the grapes follows a natural fermentation at controlled temperatures of 28-29º C.
