Navajas Blanco Crianza 2016
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Color light yellow with light golden touches.
- Nose: Aroma of toasted vanilla.
- Mouth: Taste fluid, round and pleasant, silky, vivid, full with a long finish notes of vanilla.
APPELLATION: Rioja (La Rioja, Spain).
VINEYARD: Bodegas Navajas.
GRAPES: Macabeo.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually between the last week of September and first of October. To reach the winery the grapes are passed through a bleeding of the yolk must with a light prior maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in new barrels of American and French oak barrels where it remains for a period of 6 months at least. After racking, the wine is clarified smoothly, stabilized and bottled cold then head out to the market.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste all kinds of seafood, chicken, mushrooms and cheese dishes.
