Elaboration of Muga Reserva 2014
Muga Reserva 2014 (Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES OF Muga Reserva 2014:
- View: intense and vivid red garnet cherry with a ruby rim thin and light violet hues.
- Nose: Franco and live in the nose, deep and well defined, nothing closed. Clearly raising (fine woods like cedar and other white woods, spices, toasted notes) but well together and not imposed a fine fruitiness. Clear memories of ripe black fruit (fruit ribazo as sloes and blackberries), balsamic (scrubland, rock, fresh pine nuts) and a fine vinous memory. Good intensity.
- Mouth: Well armed in the mouth, body and nerve, strong without harshness, firm tannins of ripe fruit and live well together acidity, wood is well assimilated and in the palate although it does note (without excess) in a mouth aromas which highlights the fine and fresh fruit character. Long aftertaste, also dominated by fruit, balsamic notes and discrete notes of parenting.

In fact, oak is paramount in the winery. Muga Selección Especial 2012
Should absolutely be paired with fish.
My best friend had tried it and she recommended it to me.
It pairs good with a strong flavoured fish.
I opened the bottle for my best friend.
Cor-de-cereja muito bem conseguida. Muito bons aromas de baunilha. Agradável, denso, morno na boca.
