TASTING NOTES OF Mirto 2012:
- View: very dull and bright purple.
- Nose: black fruits, wood smoke, toast, nutmeg.
- Mouth: Soft and elegant, powerful and strong texture, many layers of flavor, fresh and juicy sensation, return the fruit.
VINEYARD: Ramón Bilbao
WINE PAIRING: Vegetable and smoked flavors like mushrooms and truffles, subtly spiced dishes and stews and soft cheeses half cure unsmoked.

Red primary color with violet hints. Sure smell of gooseberries. It felt too acidic of a Rioja.
