WINE PAIRING: Grilled squid with creamy rice, Bacalao al pil pil, glazed cheek own wine to juice and confit suckling pig, among other calf.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18º C
Decanting: Decant recommend Marqués de Murrieta Reserva 2014 twenty minutes before consumption.
Cherry colour with brown edges. Toffee smell, followed by coffee smell. I was surprised that this Marqués de Murrieta had a slightly bitter end, I liked it.
I recommend to taste it with prosciutto.
The best wine I've tasted.
