Marqués de Murrieta Gran Reserva 2012 (Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Cherry red. Half-layer highly
- Nose: red and black fruits. Balsamic and spicy. Mineral and woodsy.
- Mouth: Fruit and oak. Unctuous, friendly and tasty.
APPELLATION: Rioja
VINEYARD: Marqués de Murrieta
GRAPES: Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano, Mazuelo.
AGEING: 23 months in American oak barrels, of which 9 are in new barrels. 12 months aging in bottle.
PREPARATION: Vatting 8 days that they are made bazuqueos pumping and extraction extraction for natural aromas and polyphenols. After fermentation, the solid parts of the grape are pressed in vertical presses.
PAIRING: Hunting, red meat.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
